Initial Consultation – I will meet with you to talk food! We will discuss your food likes and dislikes, allergies and intolerances, preferences, favorites, and specifics on groceries. We will talk about your health and your nutritional goals.  Is it important to you to eat as locally and/or organically as possible? Are you interested in losing a few pounds? I will take this all into consideration when I plan your menus. I will be cooking in your home, so I will also ask to take a look around your kitchen to determine what I will need to bring to our cookdate.

A Tailored Menu – Together we will create menus based on your family’s palate and preferences.

Shopping – I will carefully select the highest quality ingredients for each entrée…only the freshest and healthiest ingredients will be used.  The ingredients are purchased the morning of our cookdate.

Cookdate – I will arrive in the morning, fresh from the markets with my portable kitchen in tow.  I will spend the day cooking, labeling, and packaging your entrees for the week. Each dish will come with instructions on heating. I will then clean up and be on my way…the only thing left is the smell of deliciousness…and fresh, healthy entrées for you and your family!
